On Sunday 10 September 2017, between 10:00 and 14:00 BST, we’ll be upgrading the network infrastructure used to send dotmailer email campaigns in Europe. This improvement will provide greater capacity, allowing dotmailer to send more emails and faster.

Local regional times for this maintenance are as follows:

Sunday 10 September 05:00-09:00 EDT (e.g. New York)
Sunday 10 September 02:00-06:00 PDT (e.g. San Francisco)
Sunday 10 September 19:00-23:00 AEST (e.g. Sydney)

During this maintenance, all email sending capabilities will be suspended in our European region.

Email sends, including SMTP and transactional emails, will be queued and processed once the email sending infrastructure is back online. All other dotmailer services will remain online and customers can continue to access their account and use our API.
