During the update, sends and related services may run slower than usual.
Note that our SMTP endpoints may also go offline during this time.

The maintenance has now been completed but unfortunately we were still seeing issues with the reinstated networking device and have taken this back out of service. We are continuing to work with the vendor for a resolution and may need to declare further short maintenance windows in the near future in order to reinstate the device.

In reaction to the incident on Thursday 12th October we are declaring a 30 minute emergency maintenance period starting Thursday 19th October at 22:00 BST. This work is necessary to reinstate a networking device which had previously failed.
Local Regional times for this maintenance are as follows:
17:00 - 17:30 EDT (e.g. New York)
14:00 - 14:30 PDT (e.g. San Francisco)
08:00 - 08:30 AEST (e.g. Sydney)
During this maintenance, all email sending capabilities will be suspended in our European region.
Email sends, including SMTP and transactional emails, will be queued and processed once the email sending infrastructure is back online. All other dotmailer services will remain online and customers can continue to access their account and use our API.
