Update - Unfortunately due to some unexpected technical difficulties during the software security update process we will be extending the maintenance window in Europe until 10:00am BST. We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

The work to increase our throughput by increasing our internet transit load balancing in the US has been completed. All services in the US are fully operational. Any sends that have been queued will be processed as quickly as possible.

Scheduled - On Sunday 23rd September 2018, between 06:00 and 09:00 BST, we will be performing important software security updates on the network infrastructure in our European data centre used to send dotmailer email campaigns in Europe and the US. In addition we will be increasing throughput via increased internet transit load balancing in the US.

Local regional times for this maintenance are as follows:
Sunday 23rd September at 01:00 - 04:00 EDT (e.g. New York)
Saturday 22nd September 22:00 - Sunday 23rd September 01:00 PDT (e.g. San Francisco)
Sunday 23rd September 15:00-18:00 AEST (e.g. Sydney)

During this maintenance, all email sending capabilities will be suspended in our European and US regions.

Email sends, including SMTP and transactional emails, will be queued and processed once the email sending infrastructure is back online. All other dotmailer services will remain online and customers can continue to access their account and use our API.
